Eddie Murray
Eddie Murray, a 19-year NFL veteran, joins the Top Recruit Kicking coaching staff for the 2007 season.  Eddie was drafted in the seventh round by the Detroit Lions in 1980 and played with the Lions for 12 seasons.  In his rookie season, Eddie was selected to the Pro Bowl and won the MVP award after kicking four field goals in the game.  After leaving the Lions in 1991, Eddie played for the Kansas City Chiefs and Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 1992.  In 1993, he signed with the Dallas Cowboys and won Super Bowl XXVIII by beating the Buffalo Bills 30-13.  Eddie had his best season in Dallas as he scored 122 points and was successful on 28 of 33 field goal attempts.  Eddie signed with the Phialdelphia Eagles in 1994, the Washington Redskins in 1995, Minnesota Vikings in 1997, back to the Cowboys in 1999, and a final stop with the Redskins in 2000.  Eddie finished his career with 1,594 points and is currently the seventh all-time NFL scoring leader.  He also had a 75.5 field goal percentage, two Pro Bowl appearances, and a Super Bowl Championship.  With a nickname of “Steady Eddie” one of his greatest assets was his consistency and at one point in his career had made 258 straight extra points.  Eddie will work the camps specializing in a variety of areas including field goal instruction, mental preparation, and techniques to improve accuracy and consistency.
Chris McInally
Chris McInally is the President of Top Recruit Kicking, Inc. and founded the company with Andy Gibbs in 2003. Chris was a punter at Clemson University and finished his career as one of the top five punters in Clemson history.  Chris also set a Gator Bowl record with a punting average of 49.3 yards on 6 punts. His football career continued after college with tryouts for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, St. Louis Rams, and Carolina Panthers. Chris played professional soccer and works well converting soccer players to football players and also concentrates very hard developing the mental side of the game to give confidence to each player. In just 5 years, Chris has become known as one of the best punting and kicking instructors in the country and takes pride in using his college and NFL contacts to place many qualified individuals into college and the NFL.
Andy Gibbs

Andy Gibbs is the Vice President of Top Recruit Kicking, Inc. Andy was a four-year starting punter at Valdosta State University and Middle Georgia Junior College. During his time at Valdosta State, the team won the Gulf South Conference Championship. Andy received numerous football awards including the Grid Wire Athlete All-American, Golden Helmet Award in Athletics, four time Gulf South Conference special teams player of week and in 2000 he finished second in punting average and first in net average in the Gulf South Conference. He currently holds the record for the longest punt in Valdosta State University history at 73 yards. He had numerous tryouts in front of NFL coaches and scouts.

Ronnie Sanders

Ronnie Sanders joins the Top Recruit Kicking staff for 2009.

Ronnie Sanders is a managing partner in Impact Sports, LLC, which owns and manages several ESPN-affiliated websites. He has over a decade of experience working with four major Division I football programs, having overseen kickers and long snappers at the University of Florida and the University of Southern Mississippi.

From 2005-2008 Sanders was the Director of Recruiting for the Southern Miss football program. He was responsible for directing summer camps, coordinating facility usage for summer camps, coordinating on-campus recruitment of student-athletes, developing and maintaining a website for football recruiting and acting as football's public relations person with high school administrators and coaches.

His duties also included coordinating official visits for student athletes and families, overseeing the coordination of recruiting schedules for the head coach and assistant coaches, phone calls and contacts with student-athletes, parents and high school coaches, arranging for the delivery of recruiting film and other recruit materials and acting as a liaison to ensure compliance with NCAA recruiting regulations.  Additionally, he was responsible for supervising kickers, punters and long snappers during practice, meetings and academic-related matters.

In his role, Sanders helped sign six prospects during his tenure at Southern Miss, all of which played in their first season on campus.   Sanders came to Southern Miss in 2005 after spending three years at Florida under current Illinois Coach Ron Zook, serving one year (2004-05) as the offensive game analysis coordinator and assistant to the head football coach and two years (2002-04) as a graduate intern working with recruiting, special teams and handling administrative duties for the head coach. His responsibilities included creating video cutups, defense and self scouting reports and producing graphic packages for reports and presentations. He also assisted with various aspects in the video department, handled assorted media requests for the coaching staff, assisted with the organization of recruiting and camps and clinics, handled administrative duties for the head coach and managed all areas relating to and dealing with the special teams unit.

He spent one year at LSU (2000-01) as the graduate assistant for recruiting and football operations working under current Alabama Coach Nick Saban. His responsibilities included updating recruiting boards, tracking recruiting news and information, updating and maintaining the recruiting film library, assisting with football camps and clinics, recruiting weekends and with the development of the head coaches' website.

Sanders worked three years at Auburn working for Terry Bowden and Tommy Tuberville, one year as the recruiting assistant (1998-98) and the previous two years (1996-98) as a student assistant for football.  He assisted with the official visit process, maintaining the film library, gathering information about each recruit from newspaper articles and via the internet and coordinating football camps and clinics and the walk-on program.

Sanders spent two summers as a training camp intern in the NFL, one with the Baltimore Ravens (1998) and one with the Washington Redskins (1999), assisting with football operations, the equipment room and special teams.

He also spent one summer in Washington, D.C. as an intern for U.S. Senator Richard Shelby (1995) and worked two presidential nominating conventions (San Diego 1996 and Philadelphia 2000).  In addition, he also worked as a fundraiser for Shelby’s political action committee (1998), in the office of U.S. Congressman Spencer Bachus (2001) and has volunteered in numerous political campaigns. 

Sanders, a native of Fort Payne, Ala., earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Auburn University in 1998 and is married to the former Rebecca Russell of Holland, Penn. whom he met while working at the University of Florida.
